    In 2006 Aussino took the lead among peers by establishing the first Wine Education and Publication Centre, which presents professional wine courses, training services and a series of high quality publications. The Centre was renamed Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy (AWSA) in 2016.

AUSSINO WINE & SPIRIT ACADEMY
Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy was established in 2006. It is the first training and education institution invested by importers in China and be known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" of wine industry talents.

School Motto: Erudition and Determination


Originated from The Analects of Confucius, the motto encourages people to be well-read and gain great academic knowledge; meanwhile, people should stick to their aspirations, earnestly ask questions and consider current matters to  find kindheartedness and nobility through the process.


Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy cites The Analects of Confucius as our school motto and objectives; we hope students find their ambitions through reading and learning, and understand the true meaning that wine brings into our life.





Training Courses


Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy is a partner of many world-class professional institutions, including Wine & Spirit Education Trust(WSET), Ecole du vin de Bordeaux, Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne, Spanish Wine and Food, German, Australian and New Zealand Wine Authority, The Whisky Ambassador, etc.


We offer different types of courses every year to meet the needs of the market. In addition, there are customized courses and tasting activities for corporate customers.


For many years, Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy has provided professional product training services for lots of famous group companies.



Publications


In addition to courses and training, Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy also publishes a series of magazines and professional books. Founded in 2005, Aussino Wine Life Journal has published 40 issues in total, and each issue has a printing volume of 80,000 copies. It is the earliest professional wine magazine in China.


As for professional books, the "Aussino Wine Series" has been published in cooperation with many well-known publishing houses since 2008. It includes Wine Guide, Chateaux and Wineries, Wine Tasting, Wine Handbook, Whisky Guide and many other popular best-selling books. They are available on Dangdang.com and Xinhua Bookstores offline.



Competitions and Activities


In order to better integrate wine knowledge with quality life, Aussino Wine & Spirit Academy has created lots of competitions and activities for customers, including blind tasting event, annual winery tour, monthly “drink for fun” theme activities and etc. All of them are favored by wine & spirit enthusiasts.
