President's Words


Before Aussino was founded, I was a pure wine lover. In the early 1990s, I found that the selection of fine wines in the country was extremely scarce. So I had a dream to bring wine and culture from all over the world to China to share with friends, and to introduce it to consumers at the same time. The essence of wine has important elements of fashion and health. I believe it will become a mainstream drink in China in the future. In this way, we founded Aussino in 1996, becoming a pioneer in imported wines in China.

 

Founded in 1996, we were just a small company representing two Australian wine brands at first. On developing the company, I have always been a firm believer in accumulating strength. I believe that all efforts and preparations are a kind of precipitation and foreshadowing to burst with energy in the future.The reason why the heroes in the ancient stories succeeded was not strength but perseverance.

 

In the process of starting a business, quick success is unrealistic. Only by calming down, aiming at the goal, doing everything down-to-earth, and continuing to accumulate can you have a chance to succeed. Only when the various resources of the enterprise are accumulated to a certain extent, can the momentum of accumulation be formed and the qualitative leap can take place.


Globally, successful enterprises or products are all famous for their craftsmanship and integrity. Only can entrepreneurship succeed if it returns to the basic integrity. Therefore, we have insisted to the business philosophy of professionalism and integrity for more than 20 years, and have become a wine expert trusted by customers. We have won the trust of partners and consumers and established the Aussino brand in China's fine wine industry as a benchmark status.

 

Aussino has grown from a small company to one of the best in the industry. I have been awarded One of the 50 Most Influential People in the World Wine Industry by Decanter, the world's most authoritative wine magazine. Now we are the franchise or exclusive agent importing over 1000 fine wines from more than 10 major wine and spirit producing countries and 200 boutique wineries, owning a distribution network covering more than 100 cities, 200 direct and franchised retail stores and  8,000 sales partners in different channels, and also have a steadily developing e-commerce business. We employ over 1,000 employees nationwide. We have built an international standard wine logistics center with tens of thousands of square meters of all-weather constant temperature and humidity, which has been approved by the customs as a bonded warehouse.

 

We set up Aussino Wine and Spirit Academy, which not only publishes Wine Life magazine, various wine books, DVDs, but also provides new media pattern to spread fine wines and healthy lives such as electronic courses, WeChat public accounts, and mini programs. We have host hundreds of wine tasting dinners or events across the country each year. Now Aussino has been awarded the China Top 100 Franchisors, National Model Shop of Quality-Assured Wine Distribution,China Enterprise Credit Evaluation AAA Enterprise,Certified ISO9001 and many other honors.

 

From 2019, in addition to continuing to vigorously develop the wine business, Aussino has also focused on the development of whisky and other fine foreign wine business. From 2021, we have also set our sights on the rising Chinese fine wines, and actively participated in the promotion and marketing of domestic fine wines. The expansion of product categories has injected new vitality into our system, and also won a broader space for Aussino's future development.

 

We have paid special attention to the growth and development of employees in the company for years. Aussino provides employees with a large number of internal activities such as learning seminars, entertainment and sports, team building, reading and sharing. Therefore, Aussino has won the title of China's Best Employer of the Year for many years. At the same time, we strive to promote the corporate culture of love, support public welfare, and target poverty alleviation. Aussino wine Charitable Foundation has been established Since 2008, which has donated 9 Aussino Hope Primary Schools to poverty-stricken areas in many provinces, becoming a leader and contributor to social welfare in the imported fine wine industry.
