Montgras

As we all know, Chile has not been making wine for a longtime, due to the advancement of technology and excellent natural conditions,the winemaking industry here has developed rapidly. Compared with the nearlythousand-year-old wineries in France, there are only one or two hundred ordecades of winemaking history. But this does not mean that Chile does not have thegood wines, due to the development of scientific management and absorbingexperience about how to plant and brew, Chile has emerged in just 10 years to producemany high-quality brands，whichcan compare with good wine from Australia and the United States. And Montgras isone of the leaders.

In 1993 Hernan & Eduardo andCristian created MontGras, each of their wine is a true reflection of terroirand winemaking abilities. MontGras was 4 times voted as Best Chilean WineProducer at the International Wine & Spirit Competition. A case studyreview of MontGras is written in Harvard Business Review.

The entire MontGras industry covers an area of more than500 hectares, about 1235 acres. The Ninquen Mountain Estate covers an area of235 hectares, or about 576 acres. The main grape varieties grown includeSauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Carmenere, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon,Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Malbec and Zinfandel.

At present, our company represents the high-quality ofMontGras in four series:

Estate:

IncludesMontGras-Sauvignon Blanc, MontGras-Merlot and MontGras-Cabernet Sauvignon. Thecollection is characterized by fruity and warm aromas, a light body and easy totaste.

（2）Reserva:

Includes MontGras-Chardonnay Reserva,MontGras-Carmenere Reserva, MontGras-Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva. The Reservewines are bottled using carefully selected grape grains and aged in oak barrelsfor a long time. It is characterized by dark-coloured, fruity black paddle withnotes of toast and chocolate, delicate tannins and rich bodily. It is suitableto drinking with the fatty food.

（3） Blending:

Thisseries of products made from the blend of several grapes. They wanted toproduce wines that were both fragrant and sweet from the New World and had thebalance and elegance of the Old World.There is celebrates Quatro-Reserva inthis collection.

（4）Intriga：

The series of Intriga is brewed with century-oldvine in the garden, and the taste is rich and firm. Among them, Intriga MaximaCabernet Sauvignon using only the best grapes in the garden, produced verylittle each year, sold out immediately after the first vintage was released!According to the winemaker, this is an amazing wine that needs to hold yourbreath to admire!

（5） Ninquen:

There are two varieties: Ninquen andAntu-Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is made from premium red grapes which is plantedin the first mountain vineyard of Chile, which is a rare alpine vineyard inChile. When Chief Winemaker Hernan Gras set up this series, his goal was toproduce the best world-class wines in all of Chile, which are highly appreciatedby wine experts, so it is well worth a try.
