TUTOR INTRODUCTION

Worked on wine education and promotion since 2004, Grace Cai is one of the primary lecturers of Ecole du vin de Bordeaux in mainland China, the best lecturer in China of Wine Australia, one of the TOP10 lecturers of Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne in China, Vice Secretary-General of Guangdong Sommelier Committee, national First-Class sommelier, and the certified lecturer of Spain and New Zealand wine. She also has the Whisky Ambassador Certification and studies for WSET Diploma now.


Grace has visited lots of wine countries including France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Australia and America and other major wine-producing countries. Invited to be judges of Asia Wine Awards, French Wine Contest and other international competitions. Awarded as one of the TOP 50 Influential Women in Wine & Spirit Industry.
Grace also edited lots of professional publications, including Aussino Wine Life Magazine, Pocket Wine Book, Wine Guide, Wine Story and Whisky Discovery Guide, etc.
