A+ Australian Wine School is a course developed by Wine Australia, the government agency responsible for the promotion of Australian wine, for people who want to discover more about the unique characteristics of Australian wine. If you already know the basics and enjoy wine, this course is a chance to learn about grape growing and winemaking in Australia; key wines such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay; as well as an introduction to Australia's key wine regions and producers.
